Cleanroom light fixtures are engineered for demanding environments, including operating rooms, intensive care units, the pharmaceutical industry, research laboratories and electronic equipment manufacturing.

Best Clean

The product meets all requirements for installation in cleanrooms. Its body is constructed from steel sheet and is typically installed within a false ceiling grid. Additionally, recessed and surface‑mounted options are available for flexible installation choices.

Tempered glass without screws

The luminaire cover consists of two layers. The tempered glass ensures the highest level of cleanliness, while the opal or prismatic diffuser allows for optimal light distribution. Visible screws are completely avoided.

Cleanroom-certified

The key criterion for cleanroom‑compatible luminaires is their particle emission behavior. Verifying a luminaire's suitability involves several tests, which, when passed, are documented with a certificate. An independent third‑party test confirms that the Best Clean luminaire complies with EN ISO 14644-1, making it suitable for use in all types of cleanrooms.

In-house LED assembly

An in-house SMD pick and place machine, supplied by the German manufacturer Autotronik, shortens lead times and enables custom LED configurations. In addition to standard white (4000 K or custom CCT), available options include green, red, white with green or red, tunable white, or RGBW. This capability is a strong advantage for project lighting, where speed and flexibility are essential.

Fast. Flexible. In Control.

The technology park features a full range of equipment, including a punching machine, laser cutting machine, spot welders, a paint shop, and a photometric laboratory. This complete in-house setup ensures maximum flexibility and full control over scheduling and quality standards. With no reliance on external subcontractors, production is faster, more efficient, and easily adaptable to meet the unique demands of each project.

TiZonic antibacterial coating

TiZonic is a clear liquid developed in Japan, containing superfine particles of titanium dioxide. It decomposes and removes harmful organic chemicals, viruses, bacteria, and molds. Antibacterial coating with TiZonic is available for all cleanroom luminaires.
